How many times have you been told “To Reach For The Stars”? Inspiring & also extremely common which is meant to motivate the person to push through every single obstacle that may be in the way. Many parents constantly use the line to motivate their child to REACH higher then where he or she “think” they can actually go. Which is a marvelous tool 🔧 to use to push anyone to excell higher in life and “REACH FOR THE STARS”. Having many different outlooks on LIFE is also rewarding because if ONE particular way doesn’t work you have many options to try out in order to figure out what works the best for you personally. Here is another option to try which is 🌟DO NOT JUST REACH FOR THE STARS, REACH PAST THEM & SEE WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY TOUCH🌟

*Reaching For The Stars* is the common goal for everyone. I cannot speak for others but “I myself love to step out the box & dare to DIFFERENT”. Originality is something that I admire from the individuals who courageously chose to step out of the box and proved to others that it can be done & conquered successfully. I rather go through life being myself vs. living in the shadows of someone else. What about you?

Everyone *EXPECTS* for you to “REACH FOR THE STARS” but no one is expecting for you to “Reach Past The Stars”. Focusing on proving others wrong is something that everyone should let go of and allow me to tell you why…CHANGING THE MIND OF OTHERS IS A EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TASK. The reason being if the person you are so desperately trying to convince do not want to see it, there is absolutely no way the person ever will. Concentrate on proving it to yourself only! If others are meant to see it he/or she will.

💡Proving to God is unnecessary because no matter what you may have forced yourself to believe about him, HE already knew you could. WHERE DID YOU THINK IT CAME FROM? IJS💁

🌟Reaching For The Stars is GREAT but do something that many have not thought of and REACH PASS THEM & KEEP GOING HIGHER!🌟

  • Prove to yourself of your ability to overcome! everything at one point you felt it was impossible to make it out of!
  • Show yourself what you are truly made of!
  • Make each terrible situation into a breathtaking masterpiece!
  • Make lemonade out of the same exact lemons that soured your life!

  • Allow your last horror movie a sequel! *YOU THOUGHT I WAS DEAD BUT WATCH ME RISE UP FROM THOSE SAME ASHES YOU ASSUMED I DIED IN*
  • Write a new chapter in your book always remember YOU are the author, publisher, and illustrator! Your book is only finished when YOU are done writing it!

My outlook on life is for teaching purposes only! Instead of staying in my black hole for the rest of my life I made the wise decision to hand off my torch to others in hopes of leading them out of their black holes as well. PAY IT FORWARD & HAND OFF YOUR TORCH AS WELL IF YOU CAN!

What can I say about myself? I spent a lot of my life in a shell afraid to come out and see what the world can really offer me. Today, I am proud enough to allow my life lessons to help others. So if you are having difficulties with Depression, wanting to run away from everything, tired of constantly getting hurt, have a huge misunderstanding of the things life keep placing in your path, feel hopeless about your future, or maybe just wish life would give you a break already...I created my blog just for you.

  1. I am trying to live that meaningful life. I am connecting with people and helping as I can. I am doing stuff but it isn’t stuff I am paid to do. And the issue is that in a world where making money is the key to “independence”, the things I am doing are a waste of time.
    I try to focus on making myself proud but am constantly put down because compared to my peers I am a bum.
    I view success as making connections but that can’t fly in a world where money defines us

    1. Having others consider you as a “bum” has no power at the end of the day but what you consider yourself as holds all the power. The only opinion that matters is your own. Drown out the static regain focus on the prize ahead. If the people around cannot understand what you are doing let me be the first one to *Applaud your strength and courage to help those who are in need of your generosity and help*! Some are called upon to do so while a few are carefully chosen to speak up for the ones who are not confident enough to do what you are doing! The one most important point so many miss is because you are doing what you know deep down are passionate about. Everything else will fall right in place! It may seem like its far off but what is meant to be will be and nobody can take anything you are destined to have.

  6. I have taken that last meme to heart, all my life. Just wanting to be each of these has been enough for me, and my name in lights has not been a consideration, ever. The world is being passed to a no-nonsense generation, and I encourage each of them to reach well past the stars.

      1. That’s how I feel and how I started blogging! I took a little break because I was so busy in my life but soon realized this is where I flow and share from my heart! I think the added bonus is always such a nice feeling! ❤

  8. An inspiring post. It made me think of a passage from the Bible: “He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners…to comfort all who mourn…to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair” (Isaiah 61: 1-3). It is the promise God makes to all the brokenhearted. They are precious in His sight. ❤

  10. Your post reminds me of that scripture in ISAIAH 42:3 “A bruised reed HE will not break.” We all are broken, every one of us, but GOD strengthens and lifts us up to the point where we can reach for the stars……where HE is!
