Something I Have A Hard Time

I have a hard time believing someone say “I am right here if you need or want someone to talk to”. Even if I smile back and nod in acknowledge of it I most likely will not pick up the phone and reach out. Especially if the person showed me in the past differently…nothing personal, I will be just fine “THANK YOU THOUGH” is the only reply I can give. I have decided a long time ago learn how to adapt to my surroundings to make my life a bit more manageable. Even if you are a wonderful confidant to your love ones that DOES NOT in anyway mean that they will give you the same loyalty & respect you give them. When you accept the outcome it won’t make the pain disappear but it will take some stinging from the pain away. Part of being a human being is understanding *NO ONE ON THIS EARTH IS PERFECT*. How do you expect someone to show you the same respect as you give the person? Even though I would LOVE to receive the same but I am aware it maybe far fetch & not to set my EXPECTATIONS TOO TOO HIGH! My whole entire life I would open up to the same people that would only tear me down.

Having a wall up is only meant to protect my heart & soul from the negativity of others. In real life I am the biggest support of everyone around me but I do not expect the same from others. What it will not do is cause my heart to become cold toward others! A negative attitude can be transferred to others on accident by allowing someone else’s bad energy to affect *YOUR ATTITUDE*…cut the head off of that particular snake and allow it to die before someone can get harm by it. I can say that being able to keep my composure in stressful conditions is something that was difficult to master but MY CHRISTIAN FAITH, YOGA, MEDITATION, & NATURAL REMEDIES have helped tremendously! What helps one person, may not necessarily help the next…so just find what helps only YOURSELF & STICK WITH IT!
The best thing I can say is “Treat everyone you encounter as if the individual is YOU”. If you don’t want someone to treat you as such DO NOT TREAT THE INDIVIDUAL IN THAT TYPE OF MANNER! At times I have moments when everything is just too much & have a extremely difficult time of opening up to people because of my past experiences but at the exact same time I will never turn my back to anyone who needs a shoulder to lean on, a listening ear with no judgement at all, or if I have something that someone else *includes strangers* may need and I can spare it HE/OR SHE CAN HAVE IT.

When I help it is from the bottom of heart because I have experienced some of the things that SHOULD HAVE DESTROYED ME (which the selective few that knows EVERYTHING has told me after hearing it). I refuse to not *PAY IT FORWARD & HELP OTHERS*. For many years I stayed locked up in my room watching the time roll on by isolating myself from any & everything.

Medical Opinion said “I am severely Depressed” after tons of soul searching it may in fact be my diagnosis but I have stopped speaking it over my life. When I do speak on my diagnosis it is show others Depression is not a secret issue anymore & nothing to be ashame about because you can be diagnose with it and still be able to smile through it. Many individuals who have been diagnosed with Depression did not have the strength to fight through it (I had a friend of mine who committed suicide).

I was so infused with my life back then I had zero knowledge of her end game plan until it was already too late.

For the individuals who have lived to fight another day *BE HONORED OF THE STRENGTH YOU HAVE BECAUSE MANY COULD NOT HANDLE WHAT YOU CAN!*
